Returning Purchased Items
Roztec cannot accept returns on purchased items that have had electrical power applied to them. Additionally, for certain products that has been shipped in sealed package, the product will not be regarded as Unaffected if the seal of the package is opened/ damaged by the customer
Warranties for products that are declared at the time of sale are basically warranties issued by the product manufacturer. This means that the warranty service of the product sold is mainly carried by the parent company of the specific brand. Each brand is unique in terms of warranty service variation and their different terms are mentioned on their own official website. In this case, the subsidiary Roztec is working as a means to enforce the warranty terms of service of the original brand companies.
The warranty terms set by the manufacturer are as follows:
>>Warranties are not provided on all products sold. The warranty is valid only for those products for which the parent company has declared a warranty period.
>> If any product under the warranty is found to be defective after the sale, the defect is removed through repair and is changed immediately according to the type of product.
>> Roztec can replace its own stock with similar products of any other brand if there is no need to change the product of a particular model.
>> If the product of a particular model is non-repairable and the same or equivalent product is not available in our stock, then a good product from that model can be replaced by depreciation and price adjustment.
>> If a particular model of the product is not available with Roztec for repair or replacement, the price can be refunded through sales depreciation adjustment.
>> Roztec will not be liable if any software or data is damaged or lost during the use of the product or during the service of Roztec. Note that in this case, the responsibility of data recovery or restoration work will not be on Roztec.
>> The time to return the product after completing the service work after taking the product of the specific model under warranty is not fixed, this time can be from 5-7 days to a maximum of 35-40 days or more; This is because in most cases, the parts required for repair do not have sufficient buffer stock in the country, so they have to be specially imported, which is very time-consuming.
>> Consumers are informed that most of the warranty products are not repaired, the parts that are damaged are replaced but in most cases are imported from abroad.
>> The computer setup and operating system that is customized at the time of sale is not covered by the warranty.
>> Lifetime Warranty Basically you will get the warranty facility as long as the product is present in the market.
>> Roztec will be able to set the price for any service outside the scope of warranty which will be effective subject to the consent of the buyer.
>> In case of service warranty, if any parts need to be changed or added, the buyer will normally collect it at his own responsibility or with the consent of the buyers, you can collect it through Roztec subject to advance payment.
>> Free software or hardware tuning provided by Roztec during or after the expiry of the warranty period will not be the responsibility of Roztec if any problem is found in the product or any new problem arises.
In cases where the warranty will not be valid or can be obtained conditionally:
>> In case of any defect due to careless use such as getting wet in water, broken, burnt, injured, deeply scratched, etc., it will not be covered by warranty.
>> If the serial or serial sticker of any product is partially or completely removed, removed or damaged for any reason, then the product will no longer fall under the warranty.
>> If more than 2 months have elapsed in the warranty or service department after the warranty of a particular product, then the company will not bear the responsibility of that product.
>> If the warranty receipt paper of a particular product is lost, the product must be accepted subject to the receipt of its purchase and the provision of proper proof.
